Railroading in America Magazine ships magazines through USPS and other products through other mail carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Magazines ship within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment, and an email will be sent with information on your magazine's status. If you do not receive your magazine in 3-5 business days, please email us at email@example.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Railroading in America Magazine does not accept returns or exchanges on digital magazine subscriptions or purchases. We do accept returns on printed magazines if the seal is not broken. If you receive a magazine with the RIAM seal broken, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges are not valid on any RIAM product. Merchandise products cannot be returned or exchanged. Any product can be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt through your RIAM account under "My Orders."
